Holiday gifts~vol.3~
Hello everyone! This is Masuda from Nine Tailor Shop.
It's getting cold. It feels like winter already.
When this season comes around, my desire to soak in a hot spring explodes. To calm that urge, I went to Atami the other day in search of a nice hot spring. I was so excited that I was determined to soak until I was satisfied. I counted and found that I had soaked seven times. At this point, I'm starting to wonder if it's even good for my health.
We've been introducing recommended items from our staff for the past two weeks, but this is the last one! Perfect as a gift, or as a reward for yourself after working hard this year!
I hope you will find this information of some help.
Let's start with N-1142 / Cashmere Watch !

Double layered cashmere beanie.
It's incredibly comfortable to wear, and I buy a different color every year. All the colors were so nice that it was hard to decide, but this year I bought the brown one.

Cashmere is about one-fifth the thickness of a human hair. When such fine hair is used to make yarn, the fibers become intricately intertwined, allowing it to hold a lot of air.
Cashmere itself also has large cavities within the fibers, which contain plenty of air.
Because air does not conduct heat well, it acts as a natural insulator and is incredibly warm.

Another feature is that it absorbs and releases moisture from the air to prevent stuffiness. It keeps you warm without getting stuffy, making it the perfect item for this cold season!

It's deep enough to cover your ears, so it looks great when paired with a long coat.

Next up, we'd like to introduce the N-1503 / Periwinkle Neckwarmer, which is perfect for this time of year when you can enjoy layering!

The number one question we get asked by customers is, "How do I wear it?" To answer that question, simply put your head in it.
It has long fringe on the front!

Wearing it with the fringe showing will add a simple accent to your styling!

When you put it inside, you can enjoy the atmosphere of wearing a turtleneck.

The material is extra fine lambswool (wool from lambs aged 5 to 7 months), which has particularly fine fibers, so it is fluffy all the way down to the neck.
When you fasten a coat in front, it tends to look the same style and you can get bored of it, but it's very convenient to have one as you can add variety around the neck!
Finally, here is N-1545 / Dill Cap

Flight cap made from memory taffeta fabric.
The fabric is characterized by its high density weave, giving it a moderate sheen and firmness!
Also, as the name suggests, it has the ability to remember its shape.
A great feature is that you can wear it with the ear flaps down without worrying too much about wrinkles!
And what I personally like is the nice drape.
It has a firm yet elegant feel to it, which is cool.

This item is surprisingly easy to match with anything.
Since the flight cap itself has a sense of volume, you can pair it with a slightly oversized, A-line silhouette, or you can pair it with an overall sleek silhouette, which will still look well-balanced and cute!
You can also pair it with a swing top.

It's all down to personal preference, but I think it would be cool to combine an Aran knit with pants like M47, creating a grand theme of the sea meeting the sky.
So, have you got your imagination flowing? Here are some items that are perfect for the cold weather! We hope you found something that's just right for you!
I thought about posting some photos from Atami, but I was just soaking in the hot springs, so there was nothing there. Instead, I'll post some photos of the Masuda family's beloved cat.

He loves basking in the sun.
Well, see you next time!
