2023.8.5(sat) – 8.13(sun)
Based in New York, INCAUSA is spreading the appeal of Brazilian folklore around the world.
Nine Tailor shop will be open during the above period for the Japan tour this summer.
There are many handicrafts actually used by tribes living in the Amazon, such as the Mexicano and Xavante. In each one, you can feel the power and kindness of nature, traditional techniques, and a life in harmony with nature.
You can actually see works that are rarely seen in Japan.
Of course, you can purchase any works you like.
Come enjoy the powerful beauty of folk crafts that are deeply rooted in local life!
On the first two days of the event, August 5th (Sat) and 6th (Sun), we will be welcoming Miharu Matsuhashi, the first person from Japan to join Origens Brasil®️, an Amazonian traditional community that connects culture and economy.
Please come and take advantage of this rare opportunity to hear directly from Mr. Matsuhashi, an active member of Amamos Amazon, about the history and appeal of the store.
A sample set of four types of incense sticks and Palo Santo fragrant wood.
The incense sticks are made from a blend of ingredients extracted from trees in the Amazon rainforest.
This scent has long been used in healing rituals by the indigenous people of the Amazon and is said to be sacred.
Burn time is approximately 30 to 50 minutes.
The amount of smoke produced is quite large so you need to be careful about where you do it, but the purifying scent of nature will fill the area.
Place on a heat-resistant plate and enjoy.
