返金ポリシー

返品・不良品・キャンセルについて：
当社では原則として、お客様都合による返品・交換は対応いたしかねますので予めご了承ください。初期不良による返品・交換は、商品到着後7日以内に限り承ります。不良品交換の際の送料は当社負担とさせていただきます。返品または交換をご要望のお客様は、必ず事前にお問い合わせ窓口まで、ご連絡をお願いいたします。事前のご連絡なしに商品が返送されてきた場合には、返品・交換をお断りいたします。

長期不在・受取拒否について：配送業者の保管期間内にお受け取りいただけなかった場合（長期不在・受取拒否等）、商品は当店へ返送されます。返送後、再発送をご希望の場合は、送料をご負担いただきます。また、一定期間ご連絡が取れない場合は、ご注文をキャンセルとさせていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。

 

 

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations:

Please note that we generally cannot accommodate returns or exchanges requested by customers for personal reasons. Returns or exchanges due to initial defects will only be accepted within 7 days of the product's arrival. We will cover the shipping costs for defective product exchanges. Customers requesting a return or exchange must contact our customer service desk in advance. Returns or exchanges will be refused if products are sent back without prior notification. Please understand this in advance.
